Jeanette Preniczky has been teaching music for Arlington Public Schools since 1995. She holds a B.A. degree in Music Education from Duquesne University and a Masters of Education from George Mason University.
Jeanette understands the power of music in building community, joy and beauty in life. She is committed to her craft and feels strongly that is her responsibility to open musical experiences to her students—engaging opportunities that allow students to grow in their appreciation, participation, knowledge and understanding of music. In the classroom Jeanette uses music to help support goals related to speech and language, mobility and other academic goals.
